- Content creation and post writing
- Account Moderation: Generate and publish creative daily content, and moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create social media calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate visual materials ideas and execution with the design team.
- Using scripts, product knowledge, and communications skills to generate leads and interest.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products
- Create and follow up Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and Google ads
- Update client records
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- 2-4 years of experience.
