We are looking for A sales supervisor who will be responsible for
- Building the sales team.
- Implemnting the HQ Employment Standards.
- Continoius Opttomazation of team strcuture.
- Training of new employees.
- Guide the staff to carry out Market analysis, Review analysis.
- cooperate with HQ to screen and search for target customers.
- Support the staff with Customer Development, Visits, and order Negotitations.
- Complete business Closed loop and achieve Sales Target.
- Drive Employees to complete OKR tasks and KPI indictors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce or any related discipline.
- +10 Years of experience in Sales.
- 5 years as a sales supervisor.
