Job Description
- Builds long-term client relationships in order to develop and present sales proposals to prospective and repeat clients and to close sales.
- Prospects and generates new business & industry clients through research, cold-calls, outreach, and other marketing/sales initiatives.
- Participates in establishing sales goals with the manager of sales and ensures daily activities align with meeting these goals.
- Utilizes and maintains clients and prospect lists databases "Our CRM".
- Make calls to individual & corporates
- Acquisition of new clients
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
- Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Gather and document information about the customer to deliver it to the database and sales team
- Sell value training and business solutions
- Give good know-how of the service providers and customers
- Assist new customers to complete the company booking process
- Prepare daily sales report and monthly business plan
- Maintain records of customer details/sales calls
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities
- Follow up with the potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Hunt, develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic training solutions of their needs
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the sales manager
- Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience ( 1 : 3 ) years in a call center or any relevant job
- Experience in a training company is a huge plus
- Very good command of English ( Oral and Written )
- Accuracy
- Meeting deadlines
- Detailed oriented
- Work under pressure
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good in MS Office
- Experience in the training industry is a plus
