Job Description
- Arrange, and promote holidays and travel options, working with hotels, airlines and other transport companies for ground travel, in order to execute the arrangements.
- Designing all the ads.
- They provide customers with advice about where to travel as well as the best means of reaching such destinations.
- Customize an offer for the client as per the required destination and budget.
- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback through emails or phone.
- Using market research information to guide decisions and arrange packages accordingly.
- Handling hotel/cruise bookings and services
