Job Description
- Search for potential candidates (blue and white collars) from various online channels.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the manager.
- Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Implementing the Orientation program of the Company and ensure that newly hired employees are updated and fully aware of the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor law.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, Ex.: time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 Years.
- HR certificate is a must.
- Excellent in English.
- Very good in Excel.
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving.
- Attention to details.
