Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, search engines, and paid media.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website and content for search engines to enhance organic reach and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, PPC).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar and execute campaigns that align with the brand's voice and business objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Account Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain positive audience interaction and foster a sense of community.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Design and implement social media campaigns to grow followers, drive engagement, and support lead generation.
  • Platform Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and features, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor social media KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions) and provide regular performance reports.

Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all social media and digital platforms.
  • Build partnerships with influencers and collaborators to amplify brand reach.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and alignment with business goals.
  • Work with external agencies or freelancers when needed to execute large-scale projects.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and an understanding of current trends in digital marketing.
