Job Description
- Capable of selling the customer products through the phone.
- Participate in individual and team training/ meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date
- Adhere to the work schedule as planned
- Use all acquired skills from Etisal training to maintain the call duration within agreed limits
- Complete all necessary documentation related to project operations
- Enter customer data and other relevant information into the call center database as required
- Maintain confidentiality of Etisal client and customer data
- Complete call logs and reports
Job Requirements
- Fluency in of the following languages (English )is a must
- University degree or Undergrads.
- Telesales/outbound calling experience
- Sales and goal oriented
- Problem solving & Trouble Shooting Skills
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team Working Hours
