Job Description
Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team. Manage sourcing, bidding, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, availability, and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and secure competitive commercial terms.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Quality and other departments to resolve supplier-related issues.
Monitor team performance and contribute to performance management activities.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
10–15 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Very good command of English.
Very good MS Office skills.
Strong decision-making, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
