Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set targets/performance plans and objective standards for subordinates, meet with them one-on-one weekly to review performance progress.
- Deliver deep formal performance reviews/feedback for each individual from the team member Semi-annually and annually.
- Plan/implement coaching sessions regularly.
- Develop a sales process and ensure team members adhere to it correctly .
- Maintain knowledge on all product and functions and provide information to customers as required.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers/clients besides track promotion team metrics.
- Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated financial planning (Financial Plan, Focus/Update, Forecast, Expenditures, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing executives/team members to develop lead generation plans in addition to monitoring competition /economic indicators and industry trends.
- Advance professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine.
Experience
- From 7 up to 10 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
- 1-2 years' demonstrable in Same Role / Position.
- Urology and/or Andrology experience is plus.
