Job Description
Badr Investment Group (BIG) LLC is a diversified group that provides high quality manufactured products and services to international standards in global markets. BIG is currently investing in Karabla, Iraq in large Real Estate project (almuroojproperty.com) . We are looking for a finance manager to join our company, to be based in Karbala, to lead finance team over there and to do followings:
- Arabic & English fluent in read, write and speak.
- Verifying daily cash request and submit it for approval.
- Reviewing vouchers and ledgers daily basis.
- Confirm that the team is updating all transactions in zoho on daily basis.
- Weekly reconciliation of Dalla.
- Responsible to complete daily reconciliation of Cash along with denomination report.
- Managing Junior Accountant, Procurement Officer & Store a/c.
- Reviewing Sub contractor’s payment and submit it for the approval.
- Circulating Stock report weekly to the Site Manager & Project Consultant to get minimum quantity requirement.
- Preparing Cash flow Forecast for 3 months.
- Reviewing Payroll file.
- Managing and getting updates of the tasks given to the team.
- Reviewing AR report daily and co-ordinate with sales team.
- Circulating weekly AR aging report.
- Reviewing daily sales collection report.
- Reviewing payroll monthly.
- Monthly financial reporting.
- Allocating the expenses in proper heads of cost.
- Weekly site visit along with site manager and circulating the images to the board.
- Reviewing Stock movement daily.
- Verifying the documents of Item receipt along with Store manager.
- Responsible for Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
