Cultivate a high-performing, engineering-empowered culture
Evangelize technical vision and strategy both internally and externally
Be a strategic thought partner to our CTO, ensuring the right balance between prioritizing scaling the team and cost as well as between growing locally versus remotely
Manage a team of front and back end developers, and UX/UI designers
Integrating any additional feature requests into the product roadmap
Staying ahead of the game by grooming and prioritizing your product backlog
Constantly refining our agile methodology based on results and feedback from the team & stakeholders.
Scheduling product releases and coordinating sprints.
Analyzing end users’ preferences and requests.
Creating user stories and designing acceptance criteria.
Mastering an overview of your sprints by defining the goals at first, monitoring the progress and addressing the issues
Contribute to a future-ready, high quality, and performance code base
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Design and managing the implementation of continuous integration and deployment
Work with our team to make our product UX friendly and more intuitive to use
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
Implement a rich and intuitive configuration and report interface

Must be from an engineering or software development background or equivalent technical experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
Comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
Contribute to the ideation process and be proactive in proposing technical solutions to needs that other disciplines may not be aware of.
Advocate for improvements to processes, quality, and security.
Technical management and understanding of users and vendor relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
Strong project / product management skills
Prior track record working leading similar products / projects
Have a significant agile/lean experience in organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies and in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Comfortable working with Product / Project management software like Jira.
