Job Description

  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
  • Leading and training other members of the account team
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Attending client meetings
  • Completing administrative work, as required
  • Work collaboratively across the account management team to achieve the strategy of growth in place
  • Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Responsible for winning new business by introducing the services available to employers within one of the sectors above and selling our Call Center services to potential new clients and existing customers.
  • It includes the full account management of clients from initial telesales to delivery and we will look for the Account Manager to achieve profit growth through the effective management of customers.
  • Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve the targets
  • Achieve Sales productivity and revenue targets
  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
  • Provide customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly figures of sales activity as instructed by the business development Manager.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from engineer or computer science faculty or attended technical courses
  • 3 to 4 years in the B2B market as a presales sales executive
  • Has knowledge of SAAS and software development
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
