Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Responsible for keeping system up and running
Diagnose problems to categories them into hardware/software or network issues
Take remedy actions for punch list and backlog items
Communication between Client’s people and technical project team
Taking part in system upgrades and reporting impact issues
Job Requirements
Good level of Technical English both written & spoken
Positive attitude, good communication and negotiation skills
Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in computer hardware systems
Experience in technical projects; defining tasks, planning and scheduling them
University degree is an asset
Residing near Maadi
Immediate start also is a big plus
