Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Experience of not less than 7 years.
- Previously worked in contracting companies.
- He has previously worked on accounting programs.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Ensure that the daily transactions are reviewed and entered to provide the accounts manager with data to prepare reports for the public administration.
- He is fluent in dealing with other departments with the usual procedures, such as stores, purchases, etc.
- He is good at dealing with project budgets and following up on expenditures.
- He is good at dealing with subcontractors' extracts and following up the completion rate
