Job Description
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Initiate sales and attain the company's sales objectives. Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
- Executive officers. Pricing and creating quotations for the company's products
- Identifying and cultivating new prospects.
- Making Customer profiles to uncover buyer data and critical issues.
- Maintain client-account manager relationships by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 10-15 Years of Experience in the same role.
- Has experience with Printing Machines.
- Excellent command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated for sales.
- Customer-oriented.
