Job Description
- Review the internal project’s policies to ensure that the site allowances are calculated in compliance with the site conditions and the Com and Ben policies.
- Oversee and manage all the HR activities performed on sites in coordination with the HR site Coordinator to ensure the implementation of all the HR policies and procedures.
- Implement the manpower plan and handle the recruitment process for all the assigned projects through internal transfer & new hires to ensure that the project has the needed manpower on time.
- Conduct HR interviews and handle technical interviews with the selected candidates to accelerate the hiring process.
- Review the monthly payroll variables prepared by the HR coordinator to be delivered to the Comp & Ben for final calculation.
- Coordinate the release plan, before the end of the project within one month, to be sent to the HR Manager to allocate the team members in other projects (if needed).
- Administer the performance management process at the site in alignment with the HQ to ensure that the PMS policies & procedures are implemented on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 8 – 10 Years of experience
- 2 years of experience in the recruitment in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
