Job Description

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor the company-wide quality assurance program across all operations to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
  • The QA specialist will perform routine operational inspections for accuracy and provide feedback to reduce errors and assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • The QA specialist will analyze and investigate healthcare providers' complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
  • The QA specialist has a key role in developing, creating, and implementing quality enhancement processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Continuous learning and development interest.
  • Must be Cooperative, understanding, and proactive.
  • Very good English language (Speaking and Writing).
