Job Description
Stylish Eve is looking for an experienced and presentable Sales Supervisor to manage the areas of Delta and Alexandria in the Traditional Trade/General Trade sectors (wholesalers), as well as, leading the team of executives/representatives to meet sales targets.
- Achieve set sales targets and goals.
- Manage the team of executives to meet targets.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for clients' agreements (contracts) and tracking their results.
- Responsible for following up with the clients and resolving any issues that may occur.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Responsible for stock and sales reports.
- Responsible for collecting all due amounts by sales team members in the agreed timeline.
- Participate in ensuring the correct visibility and display of products in all accounts as per the company’s standards in terms of visibility guidelines.
- Participate in collecting market findings and insights occurred by our competitors.
- Any assigned duties and responsibilities as required by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 5-10 years of experience is the same role
- Average command of English
