Job Description
- El Masria For Balance is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to help grow our business in industrial fans, balancing machines, and HVAC systems.
The role is mainly field-based, requiring visits to factories across Egypt. - Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to factories and industrial sites to identify new opportunities.
- Present and promote:
- Industrial Fans (centrifugal, axial, roof fans, production fans)
- Dynamic Balancing Machines
- Schenck Balancing Devices
- Ventilation & HVAC Systems
- Generate new leads and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Follow up on quotations until deal closure.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate delivery.
- Maintain customer database and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in industrial or engineering fields.
- Education: Mechanical Engineering preferred (or related field).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to factories and industrial zones across Egypt.
- Good understanding of industrial equipment, ventilation systems, or mechanical systems (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Good command of English and computer skills (Excel, Word, email communication).
