Job Description
- Making company letters addressed inside Egypt (customers, sales, maintenance, accounts). – – –
- Sending and receiving faxes and directing them to the concerned departments (tenders, price offers, etc....)
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the desired and intended purpose.
- Responding to complaints and sending them to the concerned department to be resolved with follow-up and a report on them.
- Receiving clients and informing the person of the client's arrival.
- Sending and receiving incoming correspondence from the Egyptian Rabbi.
- Sending and receiving parcels from shipping companies (Middle East).
- Making a price quote for the invoice and handing it over to the sales representative with the invoice.
- Make quotations for the Department of Maintenance and Medical Engineering and send them to the head of the medical maintenance department/manager.
- Making all sales orders related to the Maintenance and Medical Engineering Department.
- Making maintenance letters and sending them by fax or handing them over to the department manager/head.
- Do maintenance assay and TGP for instructions
- Data according to the head of the maintenance department/maintenance manager and send it by fax or
- Mobile.
- Make all authorizations and hand them over to the specialist.
- Communicate with freight forwarding companies inside or outside the Republic and follow up on the arrival and receipt of shipments from the headquarters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 3 - 5 years experience.
- Excellent Command in Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in typing
- Good in English.
- SAP background is preferable or any other ERP system.
