Job Description

  • Develop the company’s annual training and development plan.
  • Supervise process of assessing training needs for employees.
  • Design and deliver in-house, out house training programs.
  • Apply the company’s criteria to the selection of all internal/external training providers.
  • Manage and implement onboarding & Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company newcomers.
  • Directly supervise the performance planning/appraisal process ensuring all departments are following the process.
  • Provide training and coaching for Appraisers on the performance planning/appraisal process.
  • Prepare a budget report on a quarterly basis and ensure the alignment of all training & development related expenses versus the planned.
     Create, update and implement Performance Appraisal for all employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
