Job Description
- Develop the company’s annual training and development plan.
- Supervise process of assessing training needs for employees.
- Design and deliver in-house, out house training programs.
- Apply the company’s criteria to the selection of all internal/external training providers.
- Manage and implement onboarding & Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company newcomers.
- Directly supervise the performance planning/appraisal process ensuring all departments are following the process.
- Provide training and coaching for Appraisers on the performance planning/appraisal process.
- Prepare a budget report on a quarterly basis and ensure the alignment of all training & development related expenses versus the planned.
Create, update and implement Performance Appraisal for all employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 2 years of experience in the same field
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Result-oriented
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
