- Ensure operational adherence in accordance with ITIL based policies and processes.
- Manage service providers and track operational performance in accordance with agreed service levels
- Provide quality customer service to end users of IT services
- Actively participate in IT Operations On-Call rotation
- Facilitate operational process reviews across multiple service providers and key stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification
- ITSM process design, implementation, and oversight
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience working in a professional IT Service focused organization
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development methodologies
- IT Operations experience in a highly outsourced environment
- IT Asset and Configuration Management experience
- Experience using Service Now.
