Job Description

  • Ensure operational adherence in accordance with ITIL based policies and processes.
  • Manage service providers and track operational performance in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Provide quality customer service to end users of IT services
  • Actively participate in IT Operations On-Call rotation
  • Facilitate operational process reviews across multiple service providers and key stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification
  • ITSM process design, implementation, and oversight
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience working in a professional IT Service focused organization
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development methodologies
  • IT Operations experience in a highly outsourced environment
  • IT Asset and Configuration Management experience
  • Experience using Service Now.
