About the job CRM/ Handover Specialist
Our client is a leading shopping mall, hospitality and communities' developer and operator in the Middle East.
We are looking for a CRM/Handover Specialist to join one of their flagship mixed-use communities in Dubai for a 1-year contract (extendable).
Mandatory: Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Your role involves managing customer relationships and facilitating seamless property handovers. As the main point of contact for customers, you'll communicate progress, address inquiries, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Conducting property walkthroughs, you'll ensure a smooth handover process and explain property features.
- Your role will include organizing welcome events and assisting residents in becoming a part of the community.
- You'll also be responsible for issue resolution, collecting customer feedback, and generating reports.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous customer relationship or property management experience is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
