Software Test Lead

Responsibilities:

• Identify the tools for Test Reporting, Test Management, Test Automation, etc.    
• Put out the Test Plan after discussions with the test team and have it  reviewed and approved by the Management/ Development team. 
• Lead,  guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites. 
• Identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on  the requirements.
• Introduce and improve testing and quality assurance processes. 
• Provide strong technical leadership in Quality Assurance Engineering toward delivering Cloud-based APIs and On-premise Solutions. 
• Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, and aligned to plan, budget, and time frames.
• Define, design, and deliver all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Bench-marking,  Regression, and support User Acceptance Testing.
