Job Description
- Managing incoming calls professionally and customer service inquiries.
- Ensure that the customer receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
- Receive requirements from Customer or obtain details of complaints by opening tasks on the system for the technical team.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Resolve customer complaints by testing the requirements.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
- Deliver the requirement s to Customer and ensure that their issue is totally solved with fully support to the Customer Satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- 2 Years of experience in the same position with ERP system is a MUST.
- Very good communication & Presentation Skills.
- Preferred to be living near Mohandseen.
- Strong attention to details.
- Very good command of English language.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
