Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls professionally and customer service inquiries.
  • Ensure that the customer receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
  • Receive requirements from Customer or obtain details of complaints by opening tasks on the system for the technical team.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve customer complaints by testing the requirements.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
  • Deliver the requirement s to Customer and ensure that their issue is totally solved with fully support to the Customer Satisfaction.  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
  • 2 Years of experience in the same position with ERP system is a MUST.
  • Very good communication & Presentation Skills.
  • Preferred to be living near Mohandseen.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
