Job Description

Location: Ain Sokhna, Egypt
Industry: Manufacturing

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant and corporate objectives.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership.
  • Lead workforce planning and manpower budgeting.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Develop manpower plans based on production forecasts.
  • Build strong local talent pipelines for technical and operational roles.

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage relationships with labor representatives/unions (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
  • Oversee investigations and conflict resolution processes.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage salary structures, grading systems, and benefits.
  • Conduct market benchmarking for manufacturing roles.

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs for production, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Implement development programs (technical skills, safety, leadership).
  • Support succession planning initiatives.

7. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and industrial safety regulations.
  • Maintain HR policies, employee records, and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.

8. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Collaboration

  • Work closely with HSE team to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives.

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA   in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 8–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Must be very Good at Excel & Power point 
  • Experience managing large blue-collar workforce (factory environment).
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
