Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to gather project requirements and update schedules accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze resource allocation and recommend adjustments to optimize project efficiency.
- Support the preparation and review of project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on schedule status and critical path activities.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical.
- 1-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination roles, preferable in Factories.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
