Job Description
- Prepare daily and monthly attendance records for all project employees.
- Maintain accurate attendance tracking and documentation.
- Monitor and calculate overtime hours.
- Track employee leave, update monthly leave balances, and prepare the annual leave plan.
- Prepare final settlements for workers whose contracts have ended.
- Oversee cleaning services and ensure compliance with the set cleaning schedule.
- Organize purchases related to pantry supplies, cleaning materials, and office stationery.
- Arrange and set up meeting rooms for visits by the owner, consultants, senior management, or external parties.
- Coordinate vehicle arrangements for visits, either from company fleet or through rental services.
- Supervise employee transportation vehicles, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and punctual.
- Handle hotel and flight bookings for projects outside Cairo, in accordance with company policies and consultant contracts.
- Oversee worker accommodations, ensuring maintenance and cleanliness are properly handled.
- Supervise timekeepers, monitor attendance and absence records, and assess their impact on project workflow.
- Provide necessary administrative services such as communications and internet access for the owner and consultant to facilitate project operations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Manager that align with the objectives of the role.
