JOB PURPOSE:

Riyadh Air is seeking a Manager, Cabin Appearance to Lead the Cabin Maintenance functions and oversee the shift-based teams performing 24/7 Cabin maintenance supporting line/light/AOG to ensure a safe, compliant, sustainable and an operationally world class airline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective Cabin Maintenance and aircraft departure On Time Performance (OTP) in support of the safe and complaint deployment of the fleet.
• Establish, maintain, and control safety and airworthiness standards for the Company fleet to best practice standards and in conformance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requirements.
• Responsible for effective and compliant monitoring of the active flying fleet to ensure only airworthy aircraft are made available for operations.
• Deliver best in class AOG recovery coordination to ensure aircraft ground times are minimised and efficiently returned to service with minimal overrun risk.
• Support development, implementation and maintaining a robust scheduled cabin maintenance work acceptance and completion process with effective communication between relevant stakeholders.
• Support development, implementation and maintaining a robust cabin team that delivers exceptional levels of cabin quality without compromise.
• Develop a working relationship with the Riyadh Air Guest Experience team to ensure the highest possible standard of cabin quality and onboard customer experience.
• Ensure excellent process, procedure and effective communication take place 24/7 between relevant stakeholder groups in particular Line maintenance, MCC, OCC, Flight crew and ground Ops.
• Ensure tool control and tool storage results in optimum tool availability, calibration, and longevity in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support development, implementation and maintaining a digital and paperless Cabin Maintenance environment with optimised staff allocation, spares, tools, and task utilisation.
• Manage performance delivery aligned with the goals and objectives for the Cabin Maintenance team that aim to exceed the Riyadh Air business plan and KPI requirements.
• Responsible to ensure adequate department staffing is in place and in line with the fast growth business plan to meet the operational needs of the department.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years’ experience in an aviation maintenance role
• Has extensive experience in cabin configuration and maintenance on seats, monuments, interior panels and furnishings, IFE and connectivity.
• Demonstrates experience in managing line, light or cabin maintenance.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in materials management, logistics, warehousing is preferred.
