• We’re building the world’s most engaging guidance platform, and we’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to bring our ideas to life across every channel.

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can design visually stunning, emotionally engaging, and educationally impactful content. You’ll work across motion graphics, video editing, and digital design — creating assets for social media, product explainers, marketing campaigns, and student-facing content.
• This is a full-time, remote position working closely with our design, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for videos, explainers, and digital campaigns.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop consistent visual assets (illustrations, thumbnails, banners, icons, etc.) aligned with xedu’s brand.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
• Generate creative content ideas and contribute to the overall storytelling direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI tools for content generation (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, or CapCut AI).
• Interest in education, youth culture, or storytelling for Gen Z.
• Ability to develop branded templates or UI animation for app interfaces.
