Engineering Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate strategically with the management to enhance plants productivity and achieve the organizational goals. 
• Approve technical specifications of equipment, systems and spare parts before issuing the purchasing orders. 
• Approve the sizes calculation.  
• Approve the electrical drawings submitted by vendors. 
• Approve the LV & MV network expansion.  
• Advise the management regarding the engineering solutions for new or existing clients. 
• Approve the plants consumption invoices.  
• Set the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Engineering team. 
• Approve and participate in preparing the Engineering department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
• Submit to management periodical engineering reports.
• Determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable engineering methods for plants & projects.
• Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.
