Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM System and AS400 System.
  • Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it.
  • Provide the customers with all information that they need.
  • Arrange all customers’ visits and transfer them smoothly to Service advisor or Salesman.
  • Renew the insurance for the customers.
  • Maintain information desk area clean and uncluttered.
  • Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list.
  • Make daily No show Report for Service customers. 
  • Receive Sales Visit Forms and register it on CRM System.
  • Make daily “Traffic Log “reports for Service Department and Sales Department.
  • Enter customer data in Facebook leads and Facebook inquiry reports.
  • Add aftersales campaigns leads.
  • Conducts phone survey on commercial sales service.
  • Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply and Preferred customer service background.
  • Good English language in both spoken, written and reading.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Males Only.
  • Maximum age 28 years old.
  • Location ( New Cairo/Nasr City)
