Job Description
● Install and configure software and hardware
● Manage network servers and technology tools

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Retail Softech Smart Business ERP System Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Softech Smart Business ERP systems and their components.
- Experience in managing and administering ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP implementation and upgrades.
- Experience with ERP integrations with other systems such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing ERP system security protocols and policies.
- Familiarity with ERP modules such as Sales, finance, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
