As a CMMS Engineer you will have a deep understanding of the maintenance cycles and processes as well as asset management. You will be working on enterprise level applications with high-end clients.

- Require deep knowledge of utility business processes: Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Work Management & Material Management.
- Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labour hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
- Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals.
- Support application implementations from the initial business analysis, system requirements and system design functions.
- Provide advice on “Best Practices”.
- Identify & resolve gap areas between the business process session results & the system.
- Manage & communicate risks in functional areas to the project manager.
- Basic SQL knowledge to develop system solutions based on business needs.
- Create, validate, execute and document test cases " Assist in the development of end-user training and reference materials.
- Perform or assist in end-user training " Assist in implementation go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Support requests from users to research system problems or errors, and to assist in their resolution.
- This position will play a primary role in the development and configuration of the HxGN EAM System.
- Perform or assist in present demo sessions to potential clients.
