  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. 
  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. 
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • A Business Development Manager is a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department. 
  • They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Create the link between the accounts and KYAN team.
  • Providing a strong market and competitor feedback.
  • Supplying subordinates with required knowledge, key strategies, handling techniques, and account – market feedback to help them improving their performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience +4 years
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, Account Manager or relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in pharmacy or relevant field.
