Job Description

GAP Polymers are currently looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Manage & collaborate with and diverse teams (Sales, Supply chain, Export & Tenders etc.)
  • Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
  • Reporting regularly to executives about project progress.
  • Developing general company strategies online with the different business units, to ensure full alignment.
  • Creating & developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to secure long-term partnerships.


 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a commercial Manager or another relevant role.
  • Proven experience in Polymers or PET.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills.
