Job Description
- Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
- Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
- Repare and manage division’s budget.
- Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives.
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
- Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve organization’s effectiveness.
- Leads and directs HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR
- Operations and Recruitment & Development as to support MEP strategic goals and objectives.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and
preservation of the human capital. - Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations,
preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions. - Oversee employee benefits programs and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefits programs to management, directing the processing of benefits claims, obtaining and evaluating benefits contracts bids, and awarding them.
- Ensure legal compliance with the labor law by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resources requirements and keeping records.
- Direct needed assessments for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of the annual performance appraisals,employee engagement/satisfaction survey, and managerial survey.
- Following up on performance improvement plans for employees with unsatisfactory performance to make sure they are supported in improving their performance.
- Lead HR Operation services such as On-boarding, off boarding, and employee relation's clusters, ensuring people, structures, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Continually improves processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems.
- Design and implement company policies.
- Researches and establishes Competency Models for the various positions in the organization.
- Develop realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
- Manage manpower cost as per plan/ budget.
- Put together a manpower plan and budget at the beginning of each year, manpower mix in order to drive the desired productivity level.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- 8-12 years of experience.
- HR certificate/diploma is a must.
- Proven work experience as an HR
- Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- V. Good command of spoken and written English.
- V. Good Negotiation, Convincing, and handling skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- High analytical skills and communication proficiency
- Emotion intelligence skills.
- Planning and analyzing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Labor law.
