Job Description
- This is a full-time Travel Consultant role, located on-site in New Cairo. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing consultation services, and assisting clients in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related needs. You will also handle reservations, coordinate with airlines and clients, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and airline policies is expected in this role.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work during the second part of the day or late night shifts
- Arrange International flight itineraries according to clients’ needs
- Advise clients on available products, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Handle travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships through regular contact
