Role Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented software developers on development best practices to maintain clean, secured, and scalable code.
- Work closely with different teams, including Business Analysts, UX/UI consultants, and PMs to develop and advise on solutions architecture and design.
- Provide guidance on how mobile web/apps should be architected to enhance stability, security, performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and problems.
- Enjoy communicating and collaborating with delivery team to discuss innovative ideas and concepts to come up with solid solutions.
- Establish, maintain, and take ownership of mature DevOps practice (CI/CD, pipelines).
- Manage integrations between systems.
- Planning and leading the delivery of Architectural designs and calculations
- Providing Technical Expertise and Technical Leadership in Solution Architecture and Team lead.
- Coordinating the work of the team, mentoring less experienced team members.
- Data management and enhancement strategies.
- Demonstrate strength and high command on coding standards and principles leading to efficiently write clean code with minimum
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience java spring boot.
- 1+ years of work experience as a Tech Lead
- 3+ years of experience as a solution architect.
- Experienced in Modern Architecture, Microservice architecture.
- Version control using tools such as GitHub, SVN…etc.
- Preferable to have understanding of ELK stack.
- Experience with integrations, middleware and ETL tools
- Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker…etc.).
- Experienced in one or more Cloud IaaS and PaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Event-Driven integration knowledge using technologies such as Apache Kafka.
- SAML, OAuth 2.0 and other authorization standards.
- Preferable to have understanding of couple of different JavaScript frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, VueJS) and tools (ES8, jQuery, …), and asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Robust written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated issues concisely.
- Arabic and English languages.
