Job Description
Daily Tasks: • Recording daily entries (invoices, expenses, receipts, and disbursements). • Reviewing transactions in GoPOS. • Reconciling with bank accounts and archiving invoices.
Weekly Tasks: • Reconciling bank accounts. • Preparing weekly expense reports. • Updating payroll and HR obligations.
Monthly Tasks: • Preparing the monthly budget. • Calculating payroll and taxes. • Filing monthly tax returns (if applicable).
Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks: • Preparing quarterly and semi-annual performance reports. • Submitting final tax returns for each branch (Egypt - Saudi Arabia). • Calculating annual zakat. • Preparing final financial statements and analyzing profit and loss.
Job Requirements
Experience : +2 years
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
Two years of experience as a financial accountant.
Familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
Proficiency in Excel and financial report writing.
Previous experience with Saudi and Egyptian entities is preferred.
Punctuality and promptness in responding to delays.
