Job Description
- Managing and leading cadastral teams.
- Implementation and approval of all plans submitting all receipt requests to the consultant and approving them.
- Directing and supervising team members in surveying projects.
- Taking measurements of work sites and land.
- Preparing drawings and diagrams.
- Supervising all construction operations.
- Data analysis to ensure that all survey operations and projects are proceeding as they should.
- Good knowledge of surveying methods and techniques.
- Use equipment and tools for surveying work.
- Carry out the necessary measurements and calculations as required by the project.
- Discussing the engineers and project managers in the works and setting priorities for working with them.
- Follow up on sites that need space.
- Writing technical and technical reports and submitting them to competent authorities.
- Verify the correctness and accuracy of the survey data made by the surveyors, including the measurements and calculations made during the land and site survey operations.
Job Requirements
- The ability to lead cadastral teams.
- Minimum 4 years of experience if Bachelor's Degree Faculty of Engineering, Benha University, Shoubra.
- Minimum 10 years of experience if Bachelor's Degree Faculty of Arts, Department of Geography.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Males preferred.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Strong team-working skills.
