Job Description Summary JLL is seeking a talented and experienced design/construction project manager. The qualified candidate will oversee a wide variety of colocation and hyperscale data center projects from site due diligence, campus planning, conceptual/schematic/detailed design through construction documents, and construction administration. The ideal candidate has experience managing the design and construction of co - location and hyperscale data centers, has a background in electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure to deliver the project on time within the budget in compliance with requirements. Review and approval on Contractor’s Materials Submittal, material samples, Method of Statement, Shop Drawings, Technical Submittals, Operation and Maintenance Manual , and As-built drawings in line with relevant specifications and project requirements. Carry out the final testing inspection after commissioning of the system to hand over the works followed by training and ensure that the systems are operational as per the project requirements. Lead data center core and shell due diligence and design projects (including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire protection for greenfield and add/move/change projects) from start to finish, ensuring budget/schedule adherence, satisfaction of design requirements, and repeatable quality.
