Job Description
- Handle recruitment activities end to end from setting the hiring needs to onboarding talents.
- Support in Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Support in engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of growth, innovation, ownership, speed, collaboration, and inclusion
- Provide management team monthly reports on HR and safety statistics, work in progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
- Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employer branding activities, employees’ onboarding & offboarding.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.
- 1-2 Years of experience in human resources preferred in technical recruitment.
- Good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, leadership and analytical skills.
- Proactive nature and meticulous attention to details
