Job Description

  • Handle recruitment activities end to end from setting the hiring needs to onboarding talents.
  • Support in Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Support in engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of growth, innovation, ownership, speed, collaboration, and inclusion
  • Provide management team monthly reports on HR and safety statistics, work in progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support employer branding activities, employees’ onboarding & offboarding.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • 1-2 Years of experience in human resources preferred in technical recruitment.
  • Good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Proactive nature and meticulous attention to details
