Job Description
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced A320 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (B1/B2) to support our Line Maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess significant hands-on experience in line maintenance activities and have completed an Airbus A320 type course - ECAA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory standards.
- Accurately diagnose and rectify aircraft defects, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Complete all associated documentation and certification to the required standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and aviation authority regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, MCC, and flight operations to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Valid B1 ECAA License
- Or Valid B2 ECAA License
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Line Maintenance environment
- Airbus A320 Type Rated (is a MUST)
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
