Job Description
- Review all of tender documents
- Projects Contracts Study Including General& Special Conditions.
- Prepare the tender strategy and tender time frame
- Civil & MEP Works Cost Study & Analysis.
- Indirect and over-head cost study
- Suggestion short list to all recommended sub-contractors & suppliers
- Prepare tender packages for sub-contractors & suppliers
- Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Technical and Financial Evaluation Including Prices Negotiation.
- Prepare the comparison sheets of all packages
- Project Equipment Study.
- Prepare the financial & technical submission
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of civil engineering
- 5 years of solid work experience as estimator engineer at least
