Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing mobile phones from suppliers.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Support negotiation of prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor pricing to make informed buying decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery timelines, and supplier communications.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and reviewing invoices against deliveries.
- Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and support vendor relationship management.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with mobile product categories and industry trends.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills
