Senior Business Analyst

Principal Roles And Responsibilities:

Client Handling Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client to understand the problems they face and their Business goal.  
• Continuous client communication to keep clients involved and get updates. 
• Work on Requirement gathering from clients through the needed techniques. 
• Communication and work on approval cycle along with top Management for the proposal and SOWs

Technical Responsibilities

• Interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business problems into requirements that facilitate application development.
• Understand system behavior, inputs, and outputs related to business.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Create Required documents as projects required such as proposal, MOM, SOW, SRS, BRD, Manual, etc..
• Create the required Diagrams and flows that explain both business system flow, if needed.
• Create user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that explain System logic and cases.

Communication Responsibility

• Provide support and assistance to the development team to clarify functional requirements. 
• The full responsibility of the Juniors working with you directly over projects Must Communicate functions and solutions proposed to them. 
• Communicate with the testing team to confirm cases and scenarios and testing scope. 
• Participate in project coordination through reviewing developed tasks and handling missing gaps in the cycle.
