Job Description
- BalancEd Education company is looking for hiring a full time professional Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to handle their social media accounts (@astencollege, @ngegypt, @balanced_edu)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that align with the company's values and target audience. - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct media buying activities to plan, negotiate, and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the education industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with educational institutions is a preference.
