Job Summary:
We are launching “Baqal”, a mobile ordering platform designed for grocery store owners. We’re looking for energetic and persuasive Field Marketing Representatives to promote the app in person, visit shops, and help store owners register and place their first order.
You will be the face of our product in the market — helping us grow our customer base one store at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit grocery stores and mini markets daily within assigned zones.
- Present and explain the benefits of the Baqal app to store owners.
- Assist store owners with downloading, installing, and registering on the app.
- Walk them through the ordering process and help them place their first order.
- Report daily activity (number of visits, successful registrations, feedback).
- Relay customer questions and technical issues to the support team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly brand image in the field.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working on the street, speaking to new people.
- Familiar with smartphones and apps (you’ll be training others).
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Must be able to move around on foot for extended periods.
