Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist, based at our office in Cairo, Egypt. The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and securing commercial property opportunities that align with client requirements. 
• Daily duties include conducting market research, developing financial analyses for property acquisitions and leases, building and nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a robust understanding of market trends. 
• This role requires close collaboration with clients and developers to ensure successful transactions tailored to client needs.
